Conference Operator (Part-time) M/V/X

Beschrijving van de functie

For DG LINC - Conference Technicians Unit, we are looking for a Conference Operator (Level 2) to reinforce the team.

You will work in a technical environment and be responsible for managing and operating audiovisual and conference systems in meeting rooms during parliamentary sessions. You ensure that all technical equipment functions properly and contribute to the smooth and professional running of meetings.

Working schedule:

• 33 hours per week

• Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 18:45

• Lunch break: 12:30 - 14:30

• No work scheduled during weeks 11, 14, 18, 21, 22, 25 and 28

Jouw profiel

• Training in audio and video technology

• Experience operating audiovisual installations

• Knowledge of conference technology is an asset

• Good command of French and English

• Basic IT skills (standard user level)

• Punctual, flexible and proactive

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure
