For a large international and multicultural player we are looking for a Applications User Support Engineer. 

Your job responsibilities:

• You provide first level user support for the users of the operational applications
• You analyse and categorize resolved issues to identify structural gaps/problems in collaboration with the applications development team
• You validate approval requests based on standardized processes/workflows
• You assist in/perform user acceptance testing & regression testing with end-users.
• You manage master data for test cases and set up master data for business objects based on approved workflows.

Jouw profiel

• Fluency in English, written and spoken, is essential in our international environment.
• Strong (technical) communication skills, you can translate between technical description and business use.
• Prior experience with issue management and workflow systems is a strong asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
