With more than 500 employees, we develop and produce sealing materials and various industrial adhesive tapes such as double-sided tapes and surface protection tapes for industries including automotive, semiconductor, furniture, paper production, aerospace, and metal processing.

Your Role Lead a team of approximately 25 operators in the coating department and ensure they grow in their roles Organize work distribution and optimize machine utilization Maintain a strong focus on excellent quality Manage administrative tasks such as leave requests, work instructions, and reports Prepare analyses and implement improvements Actively participate in meetings
