Mission Long Terme -Product Owner Supply Chain / Logistique
Localisation : Brabant wallon - 3 jours onsite par semaine
Durée : Démarrage ASAP - Mission jusqu'à fin d'année avec forte probabilité de prolongation
 
Contexte
Dans un environnement Retail / Supply Chain en forte transformation, notre client recherche un profil senior pour renforcer l'équipe IT pour des projets logistique/Supply Chain
La charge est très importante et le risque opérationnel réel si le scope n'est pas stabilisé, d'où le besoin d'un renfort dans l'équipe.
 
Projets en cours / à venir

• Lancement E-commerce (gestion entrepôt & flux logistiques)
• Déploiement Click & Collect Belgique + intégration dans l'OMS
• Implémentation d'un nouveau WMS
• • Outil actuel : Manhattan Scale
  • Phase actuelle : sélection de solution
  • Forte utilisation du module Scale (configuration avancée)
  • Collaboration avec partenaire externe

 
Rôle & Responsabilités
Le consultant interviendra comme Product Owner orienté WMS / Logistique.
Ce n'est pas un rôle de développeur, mais un profil technique capable de :

• Mettre les mains dans le système (configuration dans Manhattan / Scale)
• Paramétrer et adapter les flux logistiques dans l'entrepôt
• Activer/désactiver des fonctionnalités selon les besoins opérationnels
• Traduire les besoins métiers en configuration système
• Sécuriser les opérations entrepôt
• Interagir avec le partenaire externe
• Jouer un rôle de TPM bis sur le scope logistique si nécessaire
• Assurer la continuité et la stabilité des projets WMS

Impact direct : garantir une meilleure répartition du travail et sécuriser les projets stratégiques.
 
Profil recherché

• Senior (niveau équivalent à Robin)
• Expérience en Retail ou Supply Chain
• Très bonne connaissance des environnements WMS
• Expérience avec un WMS (idéalement Manhattan)
• Profil technique capable de comprendre la configuration système
• Expérience en implémentation WMS
• Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement à forte pression
• Autonome, structuré, orienté solution
• Anglais courant obligatoire
