Performance Marketing - Maternity Leave replacement

• Define and implement the Group B2C merchandising strategy across all platforms
• Ensure daily homepage and tab optimization, balancing business priorities and local needs
• Monitor B2C performance and drive growth initiatives at country level
• Improve processes, reporting, and merchandising tools
• Use data and KPIs to steer performance and decision-making
• Lead, coach, and develop a cross-European merchandising team
• Collaborate closely with Planning, Marketing, CRM, UX, and Data teams
