About the Role
I am looking for a Senior Project Procurement Specialist to support major EPC/EPCM industrial projects for a company active within the energy sector. In this project-based role, you will work closely with the Procurement Manager and lead the full procurement cycle, from strategy and tendering to negotiation and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete tendering process for supplies, works, and services within large EPC/EPCM projects, including drafting tender and contractual documents.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies to optimize commercial and technical outcomes.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify procurement needs and ensure proactive follow-up.
• Prepare accurate technical and commercial specifications to drive market competitiveness.
• Support risk mitigation and ensure contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile:

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Applied Economics, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of direct procurement experience, including at least 5 years on EPC/EPCM projects.
• Strong expertise in tendering and contract management within industrial or energy environments.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to draft complex contractual documents.
• Professional fluency in English (Dutch is considered a strong asset).

Location & Duration:

• Location = Brussels
• Fixed-term project assignment of 12 months.
• Freelance or permanent employment
