Our client is a French pharmaceutical company specialized in producing cosmetics products, food supplements and homeopathic solutions. With more than 2000 employees around the globe, they are committed in delivering high quality & innovative medicines.

As a successful Pharmaceutical Responsible - Team Lead FR/DU - Brussels, you are in charge of the product's preparation quality and the service provided to clients. You will have the following responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

• Oversee 16 persons within the customers relationship services in contact with pharmacies, physicians & laboratories
• Support the customers relationship service/ pharmacists assistants in order management & magistral preparation
• Coordinate all aspects of the site's operations: workforce management, invoice verification, delivery delays, and dispute resolution
• Participate to budget definition

Pharmaceutical & Technical Oversight:

• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and internal procedures in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Pharmacist
• Follow up on complaints, temperature deviations, and product recalls, and act as the local contact for pharmacovigilance.
• Take part in audits and inspections & support Pharmacovigilance

External Representation & Client Relations:

• Act as the main point of contact for pharmacists and physicians.
• Organize visits of the establishment and participate in scientific or public events (congresses, forums).
• Manage external providers - from contract negotiations to performance followup.

Jouw profiel

As a successful Pharmaceutical Responsible - Team Lead FR/DU - Brussels, you will have the following profile:

• Pharmacist degree (QP certification is an asset).
• Previous experiences in people management, coaching or team leadership.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Autonomous yet collaborative, creative, and open-minded.
• Fluent in French & Dutch.
