🚀 Join our Technology Management - R&D Team as an R&D Engineer and contribute to the mechanical development of innovative pharma equipment, from concept to first prototypes.

🛠 What You'll Do

• Design and develop mechanical prototypes and feasibility process modules
  
• Translate process concepts into functional equipment or test units
  
• Create 3D models of new machines and process modules
  
• Work with suppliers and supply chain to source prototype components
  
• Support prototype assembly and testing
  
• Improve existing equipment, continuous lines, and tablet presses
  
• Collaborate closely with the R&D Manager and engineering team
  
• Ensure health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
  

🎯 What We're Looking For

• MSc in Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
  
• 5+ years experience in design and development of complex industrial equipment
  
• Strong knowledge of machine construction & process engineering
  
• Creative, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
  
• Fluent in English & Dutch (French is a plus)
  
• Strong safety awareness and quality focus
