Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for an Accounting & Reporting Coordinator (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Brussels.

Our client is a fast growing company active in the sustainable investment sector.

As Accounting & Reporting Coordinator (m/f/x) you will be responsible for: Supervising all accounting activities and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting across several business units and entities, both in Belgium and abroad ; Ensuring that accounting and tax processes (including VAT and corporate tax) are executed with rigor and in compliance with deadlines and applicable regulations ; Coordinating the preparation of financial reports (budgets, reforecasts, portfolio reporting, etc.) and verifying the integrity of forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis ; Mentoring and supporting (senior) accountants, supporting training and development within the team, and acting as main point of contact for external auditors ; Driving process improvements, automation initiatives and supporting improvements to financial systems and workflows.

Jouw profiel

The required profile for the Accounting & Reporting Coordinator (m/f/x) position: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field ; Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in accounting and reporting, ideally with exposure to Belgian GAAP (knowledge in IFRS is a plus) ; Proven analytical and organizational skills with the ability to meet strict reporting deadlines and manage shifting priorities ; Excellent communication skills in French and English ; Experience in stakeholder management, process improvement and a solid understanding of Belgian corporate tax and VAT.
