Our client is one of the world's largest automobile manufacturers and a leading global company. They operate in 170 countries and employ more than 350,000 people. For their site in Diest, they are looking for a Talent Engagement (Snr) Specialist. This concerns a short-term assignment of maximum 7 months. No information about extension available at the moment. 

You will be part of Operations Excelence Division, Health, Safety & Talent Engagement department.

Main expected responsibilities:

• Organisation of events (Diest & potentially any of their abroad warehouses), including proposing the event, alignment with senior management, event execution, reflection with customers and taking care of the practical arrangements.
• Some of the events are: Organising Montly review events
• New Years party anniversary party of the company
• Creation of e-learning in articulate
• Grasp current available training material across the divisions & seek good practice within our customer
• Support in internal communication to our office & warehouse employees using different communication channels
• Contribute to the overall engagement of our shopfloor members

Jouw profiel

Who are we looking for in this position:

Education level: Bachelor degree or higher. Further:

• You are fluent in English 
• Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint), ability to create high quality material for presentations and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, perseverance, and the ability to work autonomously.
• Capability to manage multiple challenging tasks.
• Experience in development and event organizing would be a plus
• Flexible team player, open personality, spirit to challenge and explore uncharted territories
