Site Supervisor - Construction M/V/X

For a leading client in the data center construction sector, we're looking for a Site Supervisor to join a high-specifications, fast-track international project. You will be responsible for overseeing all civil works on-site, ensuring technical excellence, safety, and timely delivery in a mission-critical environment.

Lead and coordinate all on-site civil construction activities. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Interface with MEP teams and other trades to ensure seamless integration. Supervise subcontractors and ensure timely execution of works. Monitor progress, manage risks, and report to the Project Manager. Review and approve engineering documents, drawings, and schedules. Maintain high standards of site organization and documentation.

Jouw profiel

5-10 years of experience in site supervision in the construction sector. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
