Beschrijving van de functie

• Provide advice on a wide range of legal matters linked to the company's operations, including data protection, commercial law, media, and regulatory compliance
• Draft, review, and monitor agreements while ensuring GDPR compliance in collaboration with the DPO
• Propose legal solutions, participate in negotiations, and support transactions
• Track and follow up on disputes and legal proceedings
• Monitor legislation, market trends, and regulatory developments to assess impact and risks
• Maintain and update standard agreements, general terms, and internal contract guidelines
• Collaborate and share knowledge with other legal colleagues
• Actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving processes and efficiency
• Become the internal "go-to" Legal Counsel for multiple business lines

Jouw profiel

• Master's degree in law with 3-5 years of relevant experience, including solid knowledge of data protection
• Knowledge of e-marketing and AI is a plus; experience in a law firm is an advantage
• Proactive, hands-on, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Critical thinker with strong analytical skills
• Solution- and result-oriented, with a customer-focused approach
• Excellent communicator with diplomacy and tact
• Fluent in Dutch, with proficiency in French and English
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
