Kuehne + Nagel Eindhout is looking for a driven Orderpicker with a keen interest in training to become a Team Leader in Logistics to strengthen our operations. In this unique role, you will start as an operational employee but will be groomed through an intensive trajectory where you learn the ropes of leadership as a (backup) Foreman.

Jouw profiel

• Daily Operations: Perform daily tasks such as order picking and replenishment.
• Support Leadership: Assist current supervisors in organizing the workflow within Kuehne + Nagel Eindhout.
• Backup Foreman: Act as a backup for the Foreman, taking charge of the team whenever the situation requires.
• Safety & Quality: Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and maintain the quality of outgoing goods.
• Process Improvement: Grow from your role as an order picker into a team leader by actively contributing ideas for process optimization.

• Leadership Potential: You have some initial leadership experience, giving you the insight to influence a team positively.
• Logistics Background: You have relevant experience working in a warehouse as a warehouse worker or order picker.
• Language Skills: Besides English, you speak and understand Dutch to ensure safety and planning in Eindhout. Note: Candidates who are currently learning Dutch or are committed to starting a Dutch language course are also encouraged to apply.
• Flexibility: You are willing to work in a rotating two-shift system (early and late shifts).
• Organized Mindset: You have a sharp eye for organization and efficiency¿essential traits for a future Team Leader.
• Physical Stamina: You are motivated to perform physical work while simultaneously sharpening your coordination skills.
