As Learning & Development Manager (m/f/x) you will be responsible for: Defining and implementing a European Learning & Development strategy aligned with the company's overall HR and business strategy; Designing, developing and delivering training and development programs covering sales, operations, leadership, management and coaching; Supporting organizational change by developing training and communication initiatives related to new processes, systems and operational updates; Managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and producing regular reports on training deployment, performance and talent development; Leading HR and cross-functional projects such as employer branding, employee journey initiatives and internal communication for operational teams.

Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Learning & Development Manager (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Brussels.
Our client is a fast growing company active in the retail and services sector.
As Learning & Development Manager (m/f/x) you will be responsible for: Defining and implementing a European Learning & Development strategy aligned with the company's overall HR and business strategy; Designing, developing and delivering training and development programs covering sales, operations, leadership, management and coaching; Supporting organizational change by developing training and communication initiatives related to new processes, systems and operational updates; Managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and producing regular reports on training deployment, performance and talent development; Leading HR and cross-functional projects such as employer branding, employee journey initiatives and internal communication for operational teams.
Jouw profiel
The required profile for the Learning & Development Manager (m/f/x) position: Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent through experience; 5 to 10 years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development within an international environment; Experience managing and administering an LMS and designing training programs; Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to train and present to large groups; Fluent in English and Dutch, with a good knowledge of French considered an asset.Taalvaardigheden
