The finance team works closely with other departments, allowing you to clearly see the impact of your analyses on the company's operations.

As part of its continued growth, the company is looking to strengthen its finance department with a Junior Business Controller.

Your responsibilities As a Junior Business Controller, you will be involved in monitoring the company's financial performance and supporting financial analysis. You will contribute to the preparation of monthly reporting, the collection and consolidation of financial data, and the analysis of variances between actual results and forecasts. You will also support the monitoring of costs and profitability across different activities, take part in the budgeting and forecasting processes, and participate in monthly closings alongside the finance team. On a daily basis, you will help develop and improve dashboards and performance indicators, conduct ad hoc analyses for management, and contribute to the optimization of reporting tools, mainly in Excel, including the automation and improvement of existing files.

Jouw profiel

The profile we are looking for Education : Master's degree in Finance, Management, Economics or equivalent. Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in management controlling, financial controlling, audit, or a similar role. Languages : Very good level of French, Dutch, and English, both written and spoken. Personal skills You are organized, detail-oriented, and have strong analytical skills. You enjoy working autonomously while remaining results-oriented. Curious and motivated, you are eager to continue learning and developing your career.
