What you'll do:

? Set up and change machine tools following the work instructions and machine requirements.
? Load the correct CNC program or transmit it via DNC.
? Adjust CNC programs in collaboration with the foreman or methods department.
? Inspect parts and apply tool corrections (compensations) as necessary.
? Deburr parts and check them using the proper measurement tools.
? Assemble and disassemble cutting tools accurately.
? Position parts precisely in the machine for optimal machining.

Opleiding: A CNC qualification or strong practical experience in the field

Vakkennis: You are skilled in machining and CNC techniques according to ISO and Dialog standards.
You are able to select and use the appropriate cutting tools.
You can read technical drawings and are familiar with different measuring methods.
You have solid knowledge of CNC machines (Siemens 840D).
You are capable of operating 5-axis machines.

Talenkennis: You have a good command of Dutch and/or English.
