A leading international industrial player active across Europe is seeking a Group Business Controller to reinforce its Group Finance team. The organisation operates in a dynamic, multi-site environment and is committed to building modern, efficient and data-driven reporting processes.

Beschrijving van de functie

As Group Business Controller, you will support the FP&A and Consolidation teams in producing accurate financial reporting and insightful analysis at group level. You will contribute to continuous improvements, harmonisation of practices and better performance visibility across entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reporting and financial analyses for group leadership
• Contribute to group reporting packs and assist in the improvement of reporting frameworks
• Perform variance analyses, trend identification and business performance reviews
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles together with Group FP&A
• Collaborate closely with consolidation, treasury and local finance teams
• Participate in process optimisation, automation and efficiency initiatives
• Monitor central costs and ensure consistency of financial data across entities.

Jouw profiel

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
• First experience in controlling, audit or accounting, ideally within a multinational environment
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Proficiency in financial tools; experience with HFM and Power BI is a plus
• Fluent in English and French (Dutch is an asset).
