Freelance Lead Scrum Master M/V/X

Beschrijving van de functie

You are Senior and will work alongside other Scrum Masters to coordinate multiple development teams working on a shared backlog within a LeSS framework. You will facilitate and organize key Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinements, sprint plannings, and sprint reviews while ensuring alignment between all the teams (+/- 50 FTE in total). You will analyze existing ways of working and propose improvements to strengthen Agile practices, collaboration, and delivery efficiency across the program.
You will also support project leadership in reporting on scope, deliverables, risks, and progress while ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders. Additionally, you will guide teams through iterations, help remove impediments, and promote self-organization and continuous improvement. Your role also includes facilitating discussions, decision-making processes, and conflict resolution while ensuring Agile principles and organizational procedures are respected.

Jouw profiel

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT (or equivalent through strong experience)
• Senior professional experience as Scrum Master & in Software development
• Experience with Miro & working in a LeSS environment
• You work in English and understand Dutch & French
