As a hands-on project architect at our renowned Belgian architecture firm, you'll lead a team of architects daily, collaborating closely on a variety of projects, from small-scale designs to large-scale developments. Your role is pivotal in engaging with clients and refining designs based on their preferences and feedback.

You'll kick off your day with an inspiring brainstorming session with your team, blending creativity and leadership to develop innovative, practical designs. Your expertise in 3D tools such as Revit, SketchUp Pro, and Autodesk 3D Studio Max will be essential for visualizing and refining concepts.

Throughout the day, you'll:

• Take an active role in precise drafting and design work.
• Communicate regularly with clients to incorporate their ideas and feedback into designs.
• Balance aesthetics with functionality to create standout solutions.
• Tackle unexpected challenges, adapting designs to meet technical requirements and market demands.
• Your responsibilities will also include monitoring project progress, addressing concerns, and maintaining seamless communication with both your team and clients. By the end of the day, you'll update project timelines and prepare for the next steps, always aiming to deliver unique, sustainable, and inspiring designs within budget and on schedule.

Jouw profiel

You hold a Master's degree in Architecture.

You have at least 5 years of experience working in a renowned international architecture or design firm.

Proficiency in Revit is a must.

You bring hands-on experience with large-scale projects.

You are fluent in Dutch or French.

You feel comfortable navigating complex, international working environments.

While leadership experience is an advantage, it's not a requirement.

You have a talent for designing inspiring and impactful architectural projects.

You're skilled at collaborating with consultants, assessing design solutions, and maintaining the integrity of the final vision.

You're confident in assisting with the creation and development of all necessary documents, drawings, models, visuals, schedules, and other project materials.

Your communication and interpersonal skills are excellent, and you thrive when working as part of a team.
