Beschrijving van de functie

Together with your colleagues from the Project Team and the Engineering Department:

• You actively participate in project design and the preparation of tender dossiers.
• To ensure smooth project progress, you manage efficient planning and preparation.
• You are responsible for the quality of the delivered projects.
• You carefully manage the budget and regularly monitor project costs.
• As the main point of contact, you facilitate effective communication between clients, architects, design offices, and supporting departments.

In collaboration with your colleagues from the Production Department:

• You thoroughly prepare the execution of construction sites and closely monitor progress.
• You ensure that all required materials and resources are available on-site in a timely manner.
• You guarantee compliance with safety regulations and the quality of on-site work.

Jouw profiel

Education:

• A bachelor's degree in Civil, Industrial, or Structural Engineering, preferably within the construction sector.

Experience:

• Junior profiles are welcome; initial experience in the construction industry is an asset.

Languages:

• Fluent in Dutch or French.

Competencies:

• You work independently, are well-organized, and solution-oriented.
• Team spirit and integrity define your approach.
• You possess strong interpersonal and commercial skills.
• You use your organizational talents effectively.
• You are comfortable working with digital tools.
• Experience in managing tenders is an advantage.
