Beschrijving van de functie

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Adoption & Training Specialist to support a large-scale Microsoft 365 migration for an organization of approximately 2000 users. The company has recently deployed new devices and collaboration tools such as OneDrive and SharePoint Online, including the migration of network drives to SharePoint Online.
This role focuses on driving user adoption, delivering training, and providing change support. Several resources are already in place, including self-training materials, change support tools, and classroom sessions for volunteers, and this position will help reinforce and structure the training approach.
You will collaborate closely with the solution owner and business analyst, acting as a key reference for Microsoft 365 usage. The role requires strong pedagogical skills combined with solid technical knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Support and guide users throughout the Microsoft 365 transition
  
• Deliver and enhance training programs (on-site sessions and learning materials)
  
• Respond to functional and technical Microsoft 365 questions from end users
  
• Assist with migrating usage from network drives to SharePoint Online
  
• Build and engage a community of Microsoft 365 ambassadors
  
• Manage user expectations and address challenges related to security and feature limitations in a large-scale environment
  

 
Profile:

• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365
  
• Excellent pedagogical and communication skills
  
• Proven experience in change management and user adoption
  
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, large-group environments
  
• French language proficiency required
  

 
Work Conditions:

• 4 days on-site in Liège, 1 day remote
