As Team Lead Site Services, you drive smooth, high-quality operations and ensure your team delivers at its best every day. You combine hands-on involvement with strong leadership, keeping processes efficient, people engaged, and quality standards high.

You play a key role in developing talent, improving workflows, and ensuring seamless execution-from planning to delivery.

• Lead and optimize daily operations with a strong focus on quality and efficiency
• Actively support the team and take ownership of resolving issues and complaints
• Train, coach, and onboard team members while maintaining up-to-date training documentation
• Translate study protocol requirements into clear actions and guide the team on key priorities
• Own workforce planning, including scheduling and holiday coordination
• Support global kit production, distribution, and order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery
• Build strong collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring reliable and high-quality service

Jouw profiel

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or a relevant academic/vocational qualification
• Initial work experience (0-5 years) that provides the skills and knowledge to succeed in this role
• At least 1 year of leadership responsibility
• Proven leadership skills, with a track record of driving process improvements
