Beschrijving van de functie

We are looking for a Team Lead Kit Production for our site in Vilvoorde. The company is active in the clinical research and life sciences sector. You will join the kit production team and lead daily operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance in all areas of kit production and supply management.

As a Team Lead you play a crucial role in the daily kit production and logistics process. You ensure smooth operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Your main responsibilities include:

Ensuring efficient and effective department operations in compliance with quality standards.

Participating in daily operational activities and following up on complaints/issues until resolved.

• Training new personnel and tracking training documentation.

• Attending study protocol meetings and informing staff of critical points.

• Creating team schedules and holiday planning.

• Supporting global kit production, distribution, and order fulfillment to ensure timely supply delivery.

Maintaining high levels of support, service, and reliability for internal departments and external kit vendors.

Reporting to the Manager Site Services_Kitting Operations and supervising kit production staff.

• Performing quality control checks, order fulfillment, shipping, and labeling.

Assisting with loading/unloading tasks and resolving kit vendor quality events

Jouw profiel

• At least 1 year of leadership experience with a proven ability to efficiently manage processes.

Physically capable of performing tasks, with strong attention to quality and safety.

• Works accurately, independently, and collaborates well with others.

Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and experience in clinical research is a plus, but motivated starters are welcome.

• Willing to learn and grow through internal training programs.
