Nautilus is currently recruiting several Java Developers (medior/senior) to join a key partner operating in the public sector in Brussels. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful digital projects that serve citizens and improve public services.
 
Job Description
As a medior Java Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality applications in a complex and high-availability environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and development of IT applications based on functional and technical specifications
• Develop and maintain Java-based solutions while ensuring high quality standards in multi-user, high-availability, and high-visibility environments
• Collaborate closely with functional analysts to gather and analyze user requirements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement, maintenance, and evolution of existing applications to enhance performance and adapt to technological changes
• Provide effective technical support to end-users and internal teams

Technical Environment

• Client-side web technologies in Java and related technical components
• Web services technologies: REST, WSDL, XML, XSD, JAXWS, JSon, Swagger, Springboot Angular
• OpenShift ou TKGI
• Tools: SVN, Jenkins

 
Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS or test automation is an advantage

 
Profile

• Bachelor/Master's degree
• At least 5 years' experience as a Java developer
• Knowledge of other programming languages is a plus
• Good knowledge of Agile methodology
• Good communication skills
• Team spirit & creative
• Languages: French and/or Dutch and good level in English
