Beschrijving van de functie

• Lead and manage the accounting operations of the Belgian entity in compliance with BEGAAP and IFRS.
• Supervise and support the local Accountant in daily operations and month-end closing.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to local authorities and group HQ.
• Manage statutory accounts, annual audits, and tax declarations (VAT, CIT, etc.).
• Act as the primary contact for auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial control.
• Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Collaborate closely with group finance and other cross-functional teams.

Jouw profiel

• Bachelor or Master in Finance/Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch
• Autonomous

• Team player
• Accurate and detail-oriented
