Your responsibilities

As a Senior Business Controller, you will play a key role in the financial management of the company, working closely with the CFO and operational teams. Your main responsibilities include:

• Preparing and analyzing financial information and reports for management, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Participating in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes, including automation and internal controls.
• Providing in-depth analysis of financial indicators to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborating with external auditors and financial advisors to ensure compliance and accuracy of information.
• Identifying benchmarks and best practices to improve the company's financial performance.
• Acting as a financial partner to various teams and supporting the digital transformation of financial tools.

Jouw profiel

Profile we are looking for

• At least 10 years of experience in finance, ideally in an international or complex environment.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, reporting, and budget planning.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial tools (process digitalization and automation).
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken), and French and/or Dutch.
• Ability to challenge existing practices and propose improvements.
• Analytical mindset, rigorous, and results-oriented.
• Intellectual leadership: able to advise and support teams without direct hierarchical authority.
