Robert Half is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Spanish/Italian) (M/F/X) in Zaventem.

Do you have excellent knowledge of Spanish or Italian and are you looking for a permanent position within a dynamic and international team? We are seeking a customer-oriented, detail-focused team player for a growing company specialized in services for diplomats and military personnel.

Your responsibilities: Customer contact by phone and email (mainly in the mornings, customer lines close at 1pm) Maintain and update customer files (including specific customs documents) Perform daily checks, checklists, and follow up on overdue files Work with proprietary software; fast and comfortable using PC Collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners (government, diplomats, oil companies)

Profile: Excellent Italian or Spanish required; strong French and English skills are also needed Accurate and detail-oriented, affinity with administrative processes Team player, able to work independently; flexibility is a must Education is not decisive, relevant experience or a bachelor's degree is required
