As FP&A manager you support the group with high-quality financial analysis, planning and business insights. You partner with leaders across regions and functions and help strengthen cost control, profitability analysis and data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities: You manage and improve cost accounting across all sites by ensuring accurate standard costing, analyzing manufacturing structures, and collaborating with operations to strengthen cost control and identify savings. You provide insight into margins and product profitability through variance analysis, margin reviews and profitability assessments. You deliver monthly performance analyses across sites and business units by comparing actuals with budget, forecast and prior year, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities, and providing insights for management. You provide insights on pricing, capacity, mix effects and working capital through targeted analyses that help leadership understand key performance drivers and guide improvements. You develop dashboards, KPIs, BI reports (Power BI) to standardize reporting across business units and sites. You support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning by reviewing and challenging inputs, ensuring alignment with strategic assumptions and contributing to robust financial plans. You lead or support improvement projects such as M&A analyses, transfer pricing, sourcing optimization and enhancements to cost accounting processes and data structures.

Jouw profiel

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced international environment and brings both technical expertise and strategic vision to the table. The ideal candidate will have: A bachelor's or master's degree in finance or a related field. Approximately 10 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or similar roles within an international manufacturing or engineering setting. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights that drive decision-making. Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and Power BI for creating impactful dashboards and reports. A balanced approach that combines attention to detail with a big-picture perspective to prioritize effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage workflows under pressure. Familiarity with consolidation systems or IFRS. Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus. Willingness to travel internationally (20-25%) to collaborate with production sites in the US and China.
