We are seeking a proactive and professional Service Advisor to join our dynamic Customer Service team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless client experiences across our portfolio of luxury rentals, primarily serving international guests.

As the primary point of contact, you will manage end-to-end client administration-including contract registration, key tracking, and coordination of all stay-related needs. You'll also handle incoming calls and emails, guide clients and property owners to the right departments, and perform occasional front-desk duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer client files: contract onboarding, key handovers, and stay monitoring
• Serve as first-line support for clients and owners regarding move-in/move-out reports, inquiries, and issues
• Follow up on overdue payments via phone and email
• Coordinate availability scheduling with property managers
• Conduct occasional apartment viewings with clients or owners
• Maintain professional communication standards across all channels

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in customer service (real estate background is a plus; first-time candidates are welcome)
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (written and spoken)
• Strong phone etiquette, professional demeanor, and excellent organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Commerce (preferred)
• Punctual, flexible, and capable of working independently within a team of 5
