Your responsibilities As a Senior Business Controller, you will play a key role in the financial management of the company, working closely with the CFO and operational teams. Your main responsibilities include: Preparing and analyzing financial information and reports for management, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Participating in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts. Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes, including automation and internal controls. Providing in-depth analysis of financial indicators to support strategic decision-making. Collaborating with external auditors and financial advisors to ensure compliance and accuracy of information. Identifying benchmarks and best practices to improve the company's financial performance. Acting as a financial partner to various teams and supporting the digital transformation of financial tools.

Jouw profiel

Profile we are looking for At least 10 years of experience in finance, ideally in an international or complex environment. Strong skills in financial analysis, reporting, and budget planning. Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial tools (process digitalization and automation). Proficiency in English (written and spoken), and French and/or Dutch. Ability to challenge existing practices and propose improvements. Analytical mindset, rigorous, and results-oriented. Intellectual leadership: able to advise and support teams without direct hierarchical authority.
