Our client is a leading player in the consultancy sector, with offices spread across the globe. The company offers an international environment with room for flexibility (3 days homeworking) and the opportunity to build a strong network.

Beschrijving van de functie

As a senior accountant you will have a broad scope, including the following responsibilities:

• Manage monthly and annual closing activities
• Preparing and reviewing journal entries, ensuring timely close
• Reconciling all balance sheet accounts (incl. intercompany)
• Provide insights on monthly P&L results
• Financial reporting to management
• Oversee the full order-to-cash cycle, including invoicing and revenue recognition
• Reviewing customer contracts to apply correct accrued/deferred income treatment
• Support and provide accurate inputs for revenue and cash-flow forecasting
• Ensure compliance to FR GAAP and BE GAAP
• Contribute to annual audit, tax, and regulatory processes

Jouw profiel

Our client is looking for someone who matches the following criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting/finance
• Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting
• Fluent French & English
• Knowledge of BE GAAP
• Knowledge of FR GAAP & IFRS are a big plus
• Being able to work autonomously
