A Customer Service for the Construction sector (FR / NL) at our client will have the following responsibilities:

• You are the sole responsible of the quality of every customer interaction.
• You advise customers on the products that would be best adapted to their needs.
• You promote a customer-focused mindset, with emphasis on solution-oriented support.
• You collect and analyze customer feedback and translate it into actionable improvements.
• You ensure a warm, professional service.
• You contribute to improvements in sales and service flows by collaborating with various teams.
• You continuously develop your expertise in the technical aspects of our client's products so you can advise customers and colleagues efficiently, professionally, and with confidence.

The ideal Customer Service for the Construction Sector (FR / NL) at our client would have the following skills :

• Experience or high interest for the construction sector or any related sectors.
• Practical and customer-oriented, with a positive and solution-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French.
