Are you an experienced Program Manager ready to lead large-scale initiatives in a dynamic, Agile environment? We're looking for a driven professional to join our Programme Management Office (PMO) within the Product & Operations Enablement space.

💼 Your role

As a Program Manager, you will:

• Lead end-to-end program delivery aligned with strategic objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Drive stakeholder communication at all levels
• Oversee financials, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure successful delivery across projects, squads, and teams

🎯 what we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in IT product development or program/project management
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-team programs
• Strong experience in Agile environments
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Experience leading diverse, geographically distributed teams
