Senior HR Business Partner - Make a Lasting Impact at Akkodis!
Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for people, strategy, and innovation? At Akkodis, we're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to help shape the future of our talent and drive HR excellence across the business.

As a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you'll work closely with Business Managers, Heads of Departments, and Directors to strengthen employee engagement, guide career development, and bring our HR vision to life. Your Key Responsibilities
Talent Development & Career Growth

Lead employee integration and development journeys - from onboarding to career mapping.
Drive in-house training strategies, coaching programs, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Organize and participate in career discussions and evaluation cycles to help talents grow within Akkodis.

Engagement & Retention

Launch and follow up on employee engagement surveys and implement impactful action plans.
Anticipate and address potential retention risks with proactive solutions.
Conduct exit interviews and turnover analyses to strengthen long-term employee satisfaction.
Coordinate our alumni program to keep former talent connected to the Akkodis network.

HR Strategy & Advisory

Support and coach Business Managers on HR-related topics.
Promote and implement HR initiatives around wellbeing, inclusion, and company culture.
Lead monthly talent reviews and contribute to strategic workforce planning.

Operational HR Excellence

Ensure accurate HR administration and documentation.
Manage bonus structures, success maker roles, and internal mobility processes.
Monitor KPIs like engagement and turnover, and translate insights into actions.

Jouw profiel

What You Bring:

Proven experience as an HRBP or in a senior HR advisory role.
Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and solution-oriented attitude.
Fluent in Dutch, French and English
A passion for building strong cultures, developing people, and driving change.
