Our client is an engineering and infrastructure player operating in large-scale, safety-critical environments, working closely with public authorities and technical partners.

Beschrijving van de functie

• Lead end-to-end project delivery (cost, quality, timelines, risks) from design phase to commissioning and final acceptance.
• Manage complex projects involving tunnels, dynamic signaling, SCADA systems, automation, traffic lights, barriers, and traffic management systems.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients (public authorities, operators) and external partners (integrators, subcontractors).
• Oversee contract and financial management, including budgeting, invoicing, change requests, and compliance with public procurement frameworks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams (engineering, automation, IT, commissioning) and validate system architectures and solutions.
• Supervise key project phases such commissioning, testing, and handover.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and cybersecurity standards, particularly in tunnel and critical infrastructure environments.
• Provide regular reporting, lead steering committees, and manage all project documentation.
