Our client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company developing a cloud-based solution that supports CFOs and finance teams in monitoring performance and making better data-driven decisions. The company works with mid-sized to large organisations and operates in an international, professional environment.

Beschrijving van de functie

As a Customer Success Manager your responsibilities are:

• Lead the implementation and onboarding of the SaaS platform at client organisations
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, supporting them with functional questions and best practices
• Guide customers through testing, configuration, and optimisation of the solution
• Build long-term relationships with CFOs and finance stakeholders
• Ensure smooth adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle
• Identify and develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with the sales team
• Provide structured customer feedback to internal teams to support product improvement
• Support the sales team during presales, demos, and customer handover when required

Jouw profiel

A successful Customer Success Manager should have:

• Master's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field
• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) and English, French is a big plus
• Strong communication skills, sales support driven, affinity with finance / saas is a plus
• Customer-oriented, structured, and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
• Analytical mindset combined with commercial awareness
