Do you have a bachelor's degree? Are you an analytical thinker with strong communication skills? Can you express yourself clearly, both orally and in writing, in English and Dutch? If so, you could be the Junior Logistics Planning Analyst we're looking for!

Within the Global Parts Supply (GPS) team, working with suppliers is key. As a GPS team member, you are the vital link between suppliers and customers, managing all supplier communications. The mission is to maintain a healthy supply chain and prevent shortages that could lead to customer back orders. On a daily basis, you liaise with suppliers, drive accountability for their results, and work toward challenging but achievable goals that ensure superior service levels.

As a Logistics Planning Analyst, you are responsible to establish solid business relationships with a set of defined suppliers: 

• Focus on timely and quality deliveries to the distribution center, ensuring parts are available for the end customer.
• Educate and hold suppliers accountable to achieve challenging business results.
• Value teamwork and collaborate with key partners such as transportation, procurement, and engineering as needed.
• To be successful, you will need to develop and master a thorough understanding of our supply chain processes and systems.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Monitor schedules to ensure punctual and efficient shipments with suppliers.
• Track supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Maintain strong communication and positive relationships with both internal divisions and external suppliers.
• Evaluate and challenge supplier results based on the supplier performance standard.
• Analyze and correct data irregularities.
• Provide thorough support on high priority back orders.

Jouw profiel

The junior logistics planning analyst we are looking for has the following skills:

• Minimum master's degree with a strong link to Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Production, and Logistics or Transport.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset.
• Fluent written and oral skills in English and Dutch are required, French or German is a plus.
• Motivated to work in a target focused area.
• Self-motivated and committed.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
