As a Transcon Agent, you are responsible for the operational handling of domestic and international road freight shipments. You ensure accurate coordination, documentation, and communication throughout the transport process, working in a structured environment with clear procedures and strong customer service standards. This role offers a solid foundation for long-term growth within road transport and logistics operations.

• Manage the full operational flow of road freight shipments.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in internal systems.
• Track and trace shipments and prepare required reporting.
• Ensure timely delivery and clearance of freight when applicable.
• Handle accurate and timely billing for customers and vendors.
• Communicate with customers to arrange shipments and meet service expectations.
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers and other logistics partners.
• Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
• Respond promptly to network communications, emails, and operational requests.
• Meet KPI standards according to company policies.
• Understand customer procedures and maintain updated internal SOPs.

Jouw profiel

• 2-3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in road transport.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Solid computer skills (Excel, Word).
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Eligible to work in Belgium.
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
• Able to work effectively in an international, multicultural team.
