Beschrijving van de functie

As a Freelance Process Engineer your responsibilities are:

• Lead NPI, Product Transfers (PTF), and innovation projects at site level
• Coordinate and execute First Time Makes (factory trials) in collaboration with technical teams
• Act as key interface with central innovation and technical stakeholders
• Analyze production performance and identify root causes of losses and KPI gaps
• Drive and facilitate root cause analysis and continuous improvement actions
• Support teams in data collection and extraction to enable CI and daily management systems (DMS)
• Optimize processes to increase throughput and reduce waste
• Develop and implement work instructions for new processes and products
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams
• Contribute to improvements in efficiency, quality, safety, and environmental performance

Jouw profiel

A successful Freelance Process Engineer should have:

• Proven experience as a process engineer/expert in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, Bioengineer)
• Strong background in continuous improvement and root cause analysis
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and production systems (e.g., SAP, MES/SCADA)
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence operational teams
• Languages: French required, with English and Dutch at working level
