Are you a problem-solver with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail? As a Dealer Support Center Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our network of dealers, providing critical support and ensuring smooth operations across various systems and processes. You will play a vital role in managing inquiries, resolving issues, and helping dealers maximize their efficiency and satisfaction. Analytical skills are of course very valuable, focus during sometimes repetitive tasks and good communication skills to make sure everyone is informed and up-to-date.

The job description as a Dealer Support Center Analyst:

• Single point of contact for dealers and requests submitted via SAP
• Treating dealer concerns about deliveries
• Providing clear and meaningful first responses to increase customer experience
• Building deep knowledge about customer needs and challenges
• Analysis of difficult situations and escalations

Jouw profiel

The Analyst we are looking for:

• Good communicator in English and Dutch
• First experience in supply chain and/or customer service
• Problem solver
• Customer focused
• Analytical skills (Excel)
