Our Partner is an established player in the Belgian IT Security market, delivering complex technical projects for mid-size and large enterprises. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to act as the bridge between clients and technical teams.
 
 
Your role
 
As Project Manager, you are the main point of contact for the client. You monitor progress, communicate proactively, and ensure engineers know exactly what is expected of them. No deep technical IT knowledge required - what matters is your organizational skills, energy, and ability to manage relationships.
Your responsibilities:

• Track project milestones, timelines and deliverables
• Receive and process client change requests
• Coordinate internal engineers and technical teams
• Manage stakeholder relationships and handle escalations
• Report to clients and internal management
• Monitor scope, quality and client satisfaction

 
Your profile

• 3 to 6 years of experience in IT environment
• Strong functional profile - deep technical IT knowledge is not required
• Fluent in Dutch (French and/or English is a plus)
• Enthusiastic, communicative and client-focused - your energy is contagious
• Comfortable with project management tools (Jira, MS Project or similar)
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an asset
