Beschrijving van de functie

• Plan and coordinate daily transports in the TMS, aligning product availability with customer needs to keep operations running smoothly
• Take full ownership of transport orders from booking to delivery, including confirmations, follow-ups, and adjustments when needed
• Proactively identify and resolve logistical challenges, including sourcing spot rates to ensure efficiency and flexibility
• Review and validate transport invoices to ensure accuracy and optimize costs
• Prepare shipment documentation and coordinate timely pick-ups with carriers, including urgent and express shipments
• Collaborate closely with customer service, warehouses, production, and other internal teams to ensure on-time and complete deliveries

Jouw profiel

• 
  
  Bachelor/master in logistics, economics or equivalent by experience
• 
  
  Affinity with transport & planning responsibilities
• 
  
  Fluent in Dutch, French and English
• 
  
  SAP, Excel
• 
  
  Stress-resistant, customer-focused, flexible & decisive
• 
  
  Analytical with strong communication
