As a Compliance Officer your responsibilities are:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance matters.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues or breaches.
• Collaborate with the Risk & Compliance department to develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and recommend necessary adjustments.

Jouw profiel

A successful Compliance Officer should have:

• A degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in compliance within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk management practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within the Risk & Compliance department.
