Temporary Project Manager - EMEA Packaging Implementation M/V/X

Our client is a well-established player in the development and production of dental and medical materials with a strong international footprint. To strengthen their project team, they are looking for a temporary Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new packaging and labelling system across the EMEA region.

Tasks:

• Analyse project scope and map impact across products, markets and stakeholders

• Define and follow up on roadmap and implementation plan

• Coordinate updates to packaging and Instructions for Use

• Ensure compliance with European regulatory requirements for labelling and packaging

• Align with internal departments such as production, purchasing, regulatory affairs and marketing

• Monitor validation processes and deadlines

• Proactively identify and resolve project bottlenecks

Jouw profiel

• Experience in packaging engineering, ideally within medical or regulated environments

• Project management experience; certification is a plus

• Structured, analytical and methodical working style

• Strong communication skills with stakeholder management ability

• Proactive, solution-driven mindset

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

• Immediately available
