The position is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how finance works in practice and being at the center of day-to-day decision-making.

The Finance Manager BeNeLux combines an operational role, accounting & controlling, with the possibility to have a higher view and a more partnering approach.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparation and or review of Local Financial statements for the Benelux entities
• Coordinating accounting and transactional activities with the Shared Service Center (SSC)
• Overseeing VAT declarations with support from external advisers and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Supporting payroll processes in collaboration with HR and external providers across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg
• Assisting with external audits and acting as a key point of contact for auditors
• Following up on accounts payable topics in close cooperation with procurement and internal stakeholders
• Contributing to the implementation of a new Oracle ERP system

Jouw profiel

You have a solid finance background and enjoy working in a coordinating and multi-stakeholder environment:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• 3 to 4 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis or a similar role
• Good understanding of accounting processes and VAT; knowledge of corporate income tax is a plus
• Comfortable working with shared service centers without direct people management
• Strong Excel skills and interest in systems and process optimization
• Fluent in English and Dutch mandatory
