Our client is a well-established company active in the field of document and information management solutions, supporting organisations in their digital transformation. As part of their growth, they are looking for a Project Manager IT.

Beschrijving van de functie

You will be responsible for the entire life cycle of a project according to the delivery methodology. This means that you are in charge for collecting customer requirements through workshops, guiding and validating your project through the development and production department.

There is also a technical part which consists of describing a functional solution of the project so that it can be validated and understood by the customer and internal parties (mainly by the developer and production).

Part of your daily work is to :

• Organise workshops with the client to identify their expectations/needs;
• Analyse and describe the solution;
• Presenting your project and discussing solutions with the different internal parties (developers and domain architects, production, service, enterprise level);
• Keeping your project schedule up to date. This means that you will be required to track the progress of your project, while maintaining a close relationship with the client to identify needs and deliver a quality project;
• Advise on the duration, budget and scope of your project;
• Participate in internal meetings to continuously improve the quality, duration and productivity of speos projects;
• Work on annual individual and team objectives.
• A Project Manager (PM) is part of the IT department but works closely with all departments. The projects and clients are very diverse (banks, telecoms, energy sector, and more), and can be paper-based and/or digitally oriented.

Each PM has his/her own portfolio of clients and projects. He/she is able to manage his/her portfolio independently and autonomously, while taking into account client expectations and internal feasibility.

Jouw profiel

• You are energetic, customer oriented and have a special interest in IT;
• You have at least 5 years experience as a project manager or analyst in an IT related field;
• You have an excellent knowledge of French, Dutch and English;
• You want to work for an SME with a collegial atmosphere.
