Beschrijving van de functie

• Coordinate and oversee international Private Label tender processes, in close collaboration with local purchasing teams.
• Ensure the end-to-end execution of calls for tenders, in line with defined governance, timelines and procedures.
• Lead and facilitate cross-border coordination meetings, including interactions and discussions with international suppliers.
• Act as a key point of contact for local coordinators across partner organisations, ensuring consistent alignment and information flow.
• Support or contribute to supplier negotiations at European level, in cooperation with internal stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain and continuously enhance reporting tools and dashboards to monitor budgets, tenders and supplier performance.

Jouw profiel

• Master's degree holder, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in procurement, retail or consulting environments.
• Fluent in French and English at professional proficiency level (C2 mandatory); German is considered a strong asset.
• Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint, with a solid analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to influence without direct authority.
• Autonomous, structured and comfortable working in a multicultural, international setting.
