Beschrijving van de functie

We are looking for a Used Car Supervisor to strengthen our team in Woluwe.
What you'll do
* Manage the end-to-end administrative process for vehicles scheduled for delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Coordinate delivery planning to guarantee timely and smooth vehicle handovers
* Support used-car stock management and ensure system accuracy
* Coordinate vehicle transfers and handle ad hoc vehicle creation in the system
* Organise and perform vehicle inspections, including purchase checks and external technical inspections
* Support showroom management and collaborate closely with Used Car Sales Advisors
* Maintain accurate and complete administrative records for all transactions
* Act as a key link between Sales Admin and internal departments (including AFS teams)
* Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Admin & Delivery Used Car team
* Ensure alignment with internal processes and compliance standards
* Contribute to achieving site Health & Safety KPIs

Jouw profiel

To succeed in this role, you are:
* Experience in sales administration, operations, or customer service within automotive is a strong asset
* Proven experience in people management is required
* Experience in coordinating processes and working cross-functionally
* Interest in or affinity with automotive (Toyota, Lexus, multi-brand environment)
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
* A hands-on and organised professional with strong attention to detail
* Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering high-quality service
* A strong communicator who can engage and motivate a team
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
