VVOB - education for development is an international non-profit organisation with over 40 years' experience in strengthening the quality of education systems in Africa, Asia and South America in close partnership with ministries of education and their institutions. VVOB's Global Office, based in Brussels, directs, supports and coordinates the organisation worldwide.

Jouw profiel

· Extensive international experience, preferably in education and in low- and middle-income countries.

· Demonstrated experience in strategic programme leadership within complex, multicultural organisations.

· You have strong, proven management and leadership skills, with a track record in managing senior professionals and leading teams across geographical distances.

· Proven experience with investors and other donors, including project formulation and reporting.

· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to connect strategy, content, results and resources.

· English proficiency: CEFR level C1.

· You are authorised to work in Belgium or Kenya.
