We work with large international financial institutions across Europe, the US, and beyond, as a compact and specialized team.

You will take ownership of client implementations end-to-end ¿ driving delivery, making decisions, and ensuring solutions work in practice.

Our consultants operate at the intersection of business understanding, structured problem-solving, and hands-on delivery.

We are looking for a Product Consultant who takes responsibility, brings clarity in complex situations, and drives implementations forward with clients.

You will play a central role in project delivery, with real ownership.

You will:

• progressively take ownership of client implementations, ultimately driving them end-to-end from kickoff to closure and monitoring 
• be accountable for delivery quality, timelines, and overall execution 
• analyse client needs and translate them into structured solution approaches 
• lead client discussions and workshops 
• structure complex topics and drive them to resolution with limited supervision 
• make and own practical decisions and trade-offs to move projects forward 
• act as a key point of contact for clients on your scope 
• actively configure and work within the platforms we implement (our own or our partners' solutions) 
• bridge business requirements, product logic, and implementation constraints 
• coordinate with client stakeholders and internal experts 
• support and guide junior consultants 

You are expected to move topics forward independently, not just contribute to them.

Jouw profiel

What we are looking for

You are a strong fit if you:

• have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience 
• are comfortable working directly with clients 
• can structure ambiguous situations into clear actions 
• communicate confidently and professionally 
• are dependable and take full ownership of your work 

You are expected to be comfortable with:

• advanced Excel (complex formulas, structured data work) 
• SQL (queries, joins, understanding relational models) 
• testing approaches (UAT, validation, defect tracking) 
• delivery tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps) 
• basic coding concepts (C#, Python or similar ¿ not at engineering level) 

You should enjoy hands-on work with systems, data, and platform configuration ¿ this is a core part of the role.

What your first months will look like

• first phase: onboarding and alignment on our implementation approaches and platforms 
• shortly after: taking ownership of defined parts of the implementation 
• within a few months: leading workstreams and managing client interactions autonomously 
• progressively: owning full implementations and being accountable for delivery outcomes
